He found the problem, a failed capacitor in our 16 year old system, within about 2 minutes of arriving and he had us back up, completely operational, and the full system checked over in a little less than an hour. “We have been a customers of BBHC for about four years now. This past Thursday, 7/27 or HVAC cooling stopped working. I called the office Thursday evening and asked for service. It has been extremely hot, hot, hot this past week or so and I know BBHC has probably been very busy. I received an appointment for Saturday. Saturday, Justin Page from BBHAC, showed up and told us right away we would have cooling restored shortly. Sure enough, it was a defective part, Justin replace the part and restored our cooling system. We asked Justin if he could help us with programming the thermostat and he did so willingly and without hesitation, Justin programmed the thermostat and then showed us how to program the thermostat if we needed to in the future. Justin was very patient and made the programming a learning process for us both. Justin was polite and efficient and we have always been very satisfied with BBHAC service Techs since we became customers. I highly recommend BBHAC to anyone who wants expert service and a great customer service as well…Great Job”

Our Air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday on one of the hottest days we have had this year. I called Bay Breeze HVAC on Monday morning and they had a tech there just after 12 pm. The tech’s name was Kevin and he was very polite and efficient. He went straight to the problem and found a bad capacitor. Our AC unit is old and I was expecting the worse. I am happy to say that it is back up and running. I highly recommend Bay Breeze.
