“We came home from vacation on Saturday to find the heat was not working. I called for service and gave the answering service my info. Within 30 minutes I received a call from the Bay Breeze tech Dylan. He was going to come over that night but the unit starting working. Dylan called me once he was done with his current service call. We agreed to speak on Sunday morning and if all was still working there would be no need for a service call. Turns out the unit stopped working. I was able to text Dylan on Saturday night. He said he would come by on morning between 9 and 10am. Later he texted he could come between 7 and 8am. He was at my door at 7am. Dylan spent over an hour diagnosing the issue which turned out to be a bad wire on the thermostat. Everything is working fine now.
This was excellent service. The tech was super polite and knowledgeable. In fact all the techs that have been here over the past 5+ years have been very professional and I would recommend Bay Breeze for your HVAC needs.”

“Dylan arrived on time and was pleasant and efficient. His diagnosis was accurate. It took about 8-9 days from contact to completion of the job, but given the weather there was no hurry and the timing was in part due to my schedule. The job was completed without difficulty and all appears functional. I give 4 rather than 5 stars because my credit card was requested for a 50% deposit before parts were ordered. However, when the job was done I was told the card hadn’t been charged and I owed 100%. I could cover this, but in less fortunate circumstances or with different cash flow this might have been awkward. I understand why you would want a deposit if you are ordering expensive parts, but in future it would be best not to imply that the charge would be made unless you actually do so.”
