“Not sure of name of service guy. Your text said Ethan, but was told it would be Clarence. Whichever, he was EXCELLENT!! He tried several adjustments, but wasn’t satisfied. He sat on the floor and manually adjusted every single slat where the air goes into the unit!! It was an amazing difference in the noise when the unit is running! Kudos to your guy!!”
