“Justin was timely and courteous. He explored the entire cooling system. Everything he found appeared OK. This left nothing except to suspect one of several sensors, all of which were functional at the time. He asked to be called to return when the system was malfunctioning; an honest request I expect to be able to fulfill soon. It‘s frustrating not to be able to resolve the issue at one whack, but that‘s not Justin‘s fault and more economical than just ‘replace everything.‘”
