“You all came out on Dec 7 2020 because I had no heat. Today Jan 3 I feel it wasn’t fixed properly because I have to shut my unit completely down at times I feel cold air coming through my vents the unit outside makes a noise that I know shouldn’t be making just very unhappy and will be calling for someone to come back out”

“It would be nice if they would show up. Paid the initial service fee of $115, got a quick diagnostic, and never saw them again. Could not get anyone to show up after that. Too bad because I thought "We started the company to get back into what many companies have veered away from—customer service and satisfaction" had some meaning. Very disappointing.”
