“I called Bay Breeze to replace the air conditioning system in our older house because they have provided great service for us in our last two homes. They did not disappoint! The entire process from proposal to follow up has been outstanding. Shari started the process by inspecting our existing ductwork and units assessing our needs. She called in the owner, Ryan, for help in coming up with two innovative solutions and then priced them and gave me options to choose from.
The installation crew, David, Clarence, and Ethan arrived ready to work at the scheduled time and completed the work very professionally. They were very friendly and worked with me to customize the placement of the new ducts and units. The entire process could not have gone smoother. And to top it off we are VERY pleased with the comfort the variable speed Trane compressor and air handler provide. It is beyond my expectations.
