Starting with the ladies in the office running the show and knowing their stuff to Shari coming out to my house and reviewing my situation and showing me and explaining in detail their equipment they supply and answered all my questions. She was very professional and knowledgeable and a delight to talk to. Very down to earth. Dave, Clarence and Chris came out to replace my boiler furnace and ac unit. They were simply Great! So friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They make a great team and work so fast. I was very impressed how they focus on detail. Ryan and his whole team are a rare gem. They work so well together and get the job done. They are wonderful, friendly and experienced people. It’s a breath of fresh air these days getting this kind of service. “Kevin came out to do a leak test on our split system installed a couple years ago by Bay Breeze. Kevin is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. (I have a lot of questions) He quickly went thru the system and found the leak. He then explained what was going to happen next with the repair.
