“We realized the AC unit was making noise and the filter was pretty dirty unfortunately. The system did freeze over I called at 11:30 at night and I had service show up less than 12 hours later. Luckily I was under the 5-year service warranty since I purchased all of my units with this company and the entire service visit was free of charge.
