“Our outside heat pump unit stopped working on a very hot August afternoon. The Bay Breeze tech, Justin, was at the house the next morning to find out why. He found the problem, a failed capacitor in our 16 year old system, within about 2 minutes of arriving and he had us back up, completely operational, and the full system checked over in a little less than an hour. And that included a trip into the attic. I am/was very impressed!! I’ve been using Bay Breeze for all of my HVAC needs for about 20 years… and this is why.”
