“My heat pump started having trouble with the air conditioning, so I called Bay Breeze Heating & Cooling. They sent Justin out to take a look, and he immediately impressed me. After I explained what was happening, he went through the troubleshooting process quickly and methodically, and he pinpointed the root cause in no time.
Within a couple of hours, the office followed up with the repair cost and an estimated arrival date for the part. The pricing was very reasonable, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent.
