We were delighted when Justin, our technician showed up to determine the cause of the problem and fairly quickly discovered that mice had nested in the compressor unit and chewed through the insulation on several wires causing a short, which blew a fuse on the indoor fan unit. After taking care of these issues and checking the overall system, he had it up and running in less than a hour.
